What can we expect when we rent a trailer from you for our event? We will deliver the trailer to your venue and set it up as you see in the photos. This includes parking the trailer in the location we will have previously discussed (just as long as there are no issues with the site, for exampe the ground being too soft or limited access). We will lower the stablizers, bring out the step and the empty ice chest and connect the trailer to the power source. We'll then give it a final check and wipe down surfaces as needed ready for you or your venue to 'stock and staff it' for your event. What is not included? We are a DRY BAR rental company. We do not provide staff, drinks, alcohol, ice, or small appliances. Can we decorate the trailer? You can add your own decor but we ask that nothing is tied to, or attached to the trailer itself (including 'removable' or 'temporary' adhesives) to avoid damage to the trailer. How long do we have the trailer for?We will drop the tralier off on the morning of your event at a previously agreed time so you have plenty of time to set up for your event and then we will collect the trailer the next day again at a previously agreed time. If you will need it delivered the day before, (if we don't have a booking that day ) we can accomodate you but, there will be an additional cost associated with this add-on option. Who is responsible for coordinating with the venue or location and applying for any permits that are required?That is something you will need to take care of. What do we need to do if we will be using the kegerator?You will need to make sure the keg is cold. It can take up to 24 hours to get the keg to the appropriate temperature so you will need to plan appropriately. As soon as we have set up the trailer we will be able to assist you to put the keg in the kegerator, so make sure someone will be there with the keg at the time we have arranged to set the trailer up. The kegerator can accomodate one US full size kegerator, one 1/2 barrel kegerator, two 1/4 barrel kegerator or two 1/6 barrel kegerators. We will provide a full CO2 tank. How much does it cost to rent a trailer for our event? Prices start at approximtely $800. Do you require a deposit?Yes, we ask for a 50% deposit. If you cancel at least 90 days before your event we will refund this deposit. If you cancel within 90 days for your event unfortunately, we will not be able to refund this deposit.
